The Role
We are looking for an experienced Main Barista who can confidently manage the coffee station and deliver consistently excellent coffee. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, training junior staff, and ensuring smooth café operations.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2+ years barista experience in a fast-paced café
Strong coffee-making skills (dialing in, latte art, workflow management)
Ability to lead and support the team during busy periods
Friendly, professional attitude with great customer service
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
