We’re currently recruiting Registered Nurses for flexible travel contracts across regional and rural NSW. If you’re an experienced RN ready for your next adventure, this is your opportunity to work in supportive environments while enjoying fully paid travel and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:As a Registered Nurse working in aged care, your role will include:
Delivering safe, person-centered care aligned with residents' care plans
Administering medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines
Supporting, mentoring, and supervising care staff (AINs and ENs)
Completing accurate documentation and incident reporting
Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, families, and care teams
Upholding Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control protocols
Responding effectively to changes in residents' health status
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
Minimum 6 months RN experience in an aged care setting (preferred)
Full unrestricted Australian working rights (you must be currently in Australia)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date CPR and Manual Handling certificates
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations as per government requirements
Must be able to drive and willing to travel
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to new environments
