We are looking for someone who is currently a Property Manager and ready to join a team who pride themselves on work ethic, high standards, and working for a boutique family business.
You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, professional, and capable staff, all with solid real estate experience where you can progress your career and show off your personality skills.

Qualifications:
● 1 + years’ experience in Property Management
● Agents Authorised representative certificate and Valid Victorian Drivers License.
● Current Police Record Check
The Role:
● Full-time Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
● Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, processes, and procedures
● Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and with diverse backgrounds
● Portfolio located in Gippsland (Warragul & Drouin)
● Renter and Residential Rental Provider liaison
● Arrears Management
● Rent negotiations with RRP's
● Final Inspections
