Due to continued growth, we are searching for a hands-on night shift supervisor / foreman to join our growing team.

The Role
Your duties will include: -
Nightshift site management and trade supervision.
Site inductions and ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.
Co-ordination of trades, sub-contractors, equipment, and materials.
Manage all site health and safety requirements including SWMS, permits to work, isolations, etc.
This is not a FIFO position.
The role will require a mix of day and night shifts depending on the project.
This is a hand on role leading and working with the team to deliver outcomes.
The Candidate
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Be self-motivated, have effective communication skills and ability to solve problems.
At least 2 years onsite experience in the commercial fit out industry, preferably supermarket, retail and/or hospitality.
A carpentry, shop-fitting or trade qualification in construction would be advantageous.
Must be current resident of Australia.
Excellent presentation and communication
Current "C" class (manual) driver's license.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Must have White Construction industry training card.
Must have current valid LF Forklift ticket.
Must have or able to obtain Police clearance.
