We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Workshop Controller for our fast-paced, multi-brand pre-delivery facility.

As a Workshop Controller you will be responsible scheduling all new vehicles, ensuing a logical and efficient workflow to meet delivery deadlines. This will involve the use of ERA Power (Pentana) to be able to coordinate with Sales departments, understanding delivery schedules and manage timelines according to Workshop capacity.

Be responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating the necessary resolutions required to overcome any issues encountered during the Workshop process relating to the fitment of accessories and or the Pre-delivery process.

About the role:

• Schedule all new repair orders each day in a timely manner

• Assign each repair order and organise according to Technician Skill set

• Track and ensure all day-to-day timelines and schedule dates are met

• Liaise with Parts and Adviser team to ensure smooth operation of the Department

• Build and maintain effective relationships with sales staff while ensuring open and honest communication

About you:

• Experience in a similar role

• Pentana (ERA Power) experience (preferable)

• Qualified motor vehicle technician (preferable)

• High attention to detail and pride in your work 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Ample experience following safety precautions and WH&S requirements

• Committed and reliable 

• Good time management skills 

• A current open drivers licence 

• Passionate about the Automotive industry
