Our client has been a trusted name in workplace and community health across NSW for over three decades. Known for their strong multidisciplinary team and commitment to high-quality client outcomes, they’re now looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their community health team in Wollongong.

What’s On Offer
- Base salary of $90K–$100K + Super, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonuses of $1,250 = $5,000 per year on top of your salary
- Monday to Friday – no weekends
- Laptop and smartphone provided
- Ongoing CPD and structured mentoring

- Supportive team of OTs, Psychologists, EPs, Physios & Rehab Counsellors
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver functional and environmental assessments in clients’ homes
- Provide equipment prescription and home modification recommendations
- Support aged care and NDIS clients with meaningful, goal-driven therapy
- Liaise with families, support coordinators and wider health teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate case notes
- Enjoy a flexible working week – 2 days office-based, 3 days in the community
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Current police check or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and time management skills
- All experience levels welcome – new grads supported
