Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in education construction?
We’re partnering with leading contractors across NSW who are seeking skilled and proactive Site Managers to deliver high-quality school and institutional projects across the state.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.
About the Role: As a Site Manager, you’ll be the primary on-site contact, leading teams of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate day-to-day site activities, monitor progress, and report directly to the Project Manager and client stakeholders.

We’re partnering with leading contractors across NSW who are seeking skilled and proactive Site Managers to deliver high-quality school and institutional projects across the state.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.
About the Role: As a Site Manager, you’ll be the primary on-site contact, leading teams of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate day-to-day site activities, monitor progress, and report directly to the Project Manager and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Supervise, coordinate, and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and trades
- Maintain strict adherence to work health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, quality standards, and project specifications
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including school representatives, consultants, and clients
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Monitor project documentation, including RFIs, variations, and daily logs
Project Types:
- New school builds (primary, secondary, and tertiary education facilities)
- Classroom and facility refurbishments
- TAFE and University upgrades
- Specialist learning spaces: STEM hubs, libraries, administration blocks, and halls
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor delivering education projects (public, private, or Catholic sectors)
- Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and risk management on live school sites
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication with school staff, consultants, and clients
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple trades to meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $30M
- Strong knowledge of construction programs, reporting, and quality assurance
