About the role

As we experience growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our results orientated, friendly and supportive team in our WA office - currently based in Burswood and soon to be moving to Osborne Park.

Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, this role will manage various contracts for service delivery in accordance with Contract KPI's & the client expectations of your role. This includes arranging all stages of project/job delivery from scoping and pricing to the completion of works.

What you'll be doing

• Scoping and quoting of jobs both on and off site as required by clients
  

• Overseeing the coordination and allocation of resources to jobs
  

• Engaging, overseeing and coordinating the activities of inhouse workers, sub-contractors, and suppliers
  

• Monitor job progress and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
  

• Liaising with clients in relation to job progress
  

• Ensure all work complies with WHS and quality standards and regulations.
  

• Conduct regular pre-starts, site inspections and Toolbox Meetings
  

• Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered on-site

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in project management and project works
  

• Experience in managing an internal team and contractors.
  

• Demonstrated capability to deliver projects or services to required standards within agreed time frames.
  

• Strong safety knowledge and awareness
  

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  

• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to achieve strict deadlines
  

• Strong I.T. skills in Microsoft office and Job Management programs e.g. SIMPRO
  

Previous experience in government contracts or a previous building trade background would be highly regarded for this role.
