About the role
Mandurah Outboards' is seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Service Technician to join our team in Mandurah & Peel WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of marine engines and equipment, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
What you'll be doing
- Diagnose and repair issues with outboard motors, inboard engines, and other marine equipment
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance on marine engines and equipment
- Dismantle, inspect, and reassemble engines and components
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of work carried out and parts used
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in marine mechanics or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in the repair and maintenance of outboard motors, inboard engines, and other marine equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
