What You'll Be Doing:
Sealing internal and external joints, gaps, and edges in a wide range of projects
Working across residential homes, townhouses, and commercial builds
Preparing surfaces, choosing the right product, and laying a clean, professional bead
Representing our brand with pride on-site and keeping everything safe and tidy
Working solo and as part of a close-knit team of experienced caulkers
Communicating with site supervisors and clients as needed
What We’re Looking For:
NOTE: Please do not apply unless you have real caulking experience.
We respect all trades, but this role needs someone who knows the ins and outs of caulking.
At least 3 years of professional caulking experience (company-employed or self-employed)
White Card
Driver’s licence and reliable work car
Your own caulking tools (preferred)
Strong knowledge of different sealant types and materials
Attention to detail, reliable, and self-motivated
Great attitude and able to work well with others
