Join a Respected and Expanding Automotive Leader We are looking for a Panel Beater to join a well-established and highly regarded panel beating company based in Bibra Lake. With approximately 30 team members already on board, the business is undergoing a major expansion, including the construction of a brand new workshop to meet growing demand.

What You’ll Be Doing This is a
pure panel beating role –
no spray painters please.
You’ll be responsible for high-quality smash repairs and body restoration, working on vehicles that come primarily from insurance-related jobs.
Key Duties: - Assess structural and cosmetic damage
- Carry out panel repairs using a range of techniques
- Replace damaged parts (doors, bonnets, bumpers, etc.)
- Smooth, fill, and prep surfaces for respray (optional if experienced)
- Final fitment and quality checks to ensure high standards
What We’re Looking For - Cert III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent – must be recognised in Australia)
- Minimum mid-level experience as a Panel Beater
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Currently located in Australia with full working rights
- Reliable and able to travel to Bibra Lake (within 40 mins)
