About the role
Cooloola Glass and Aluminium is seeking a skilled Window Fabricator & Team Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Gympie, Queensland and will see you playing a key part in the manufacturing and fabrication of high-quality window products.
What you'll be doing
Fabricate and assemble a range of window types and styles to exacting specifications
Operate power tools and machinery to cut, shape and finish window components
Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and building regulations
Contribute to a safe and organised workshop environment
Work collaboratively with the broader production team
Assist with packing and dispatch of completed window orders
Carrying out the role of workshop manager, by overlooking jobs, other employees workmanship, timeline for dispatch dates, and customer relationships.
What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in window fabrication
Strong working knowledge of window and door manufacturing processes
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Forklift licence desirable but not essential
